GO GREEN! Bugaboo Stamps is having a green challenge. When I hear green, I think of grass, trees, flowers, the earth. Right now in my area (Northern California) the grass is green, the hills are green, the trees are blooming, everything is so pretty. But not for long. It will get hot and dry out soon, so I like this time of year, when it's all green. Check out www.catchthebugblog.blogspot.com for their green challenge. Here is my card.

Hello,
I went with one of my friends to a painting class the other day. It's called Furoshiki, which is a Japanese wrapping cloth. It's used to wrap a present, or to carry things in. We painted on white cotton hankerchiefs. Mine says peace. It was kind of hard at first, but I managed to use different tools to paint with and tried not to be so specific with the drawings. It was fun.

Hello,
Ok the challenge is over at the The Greeting Farm, however I wanted to post the cards I made. This is Toby Cub and he is found at www.thegreetingfarm.com He is cute, or should I say she is cute. My attempt was to make a Valentine's Day card, but I think it would be more appropriate for a baby girl (a baby shower card).

Hello,
Happy Monday. Hope everyone has a great week.

Their stamps are found at www.thegreetingfarm.com If you post to their blog before the time limit, you are able to get the next stamp. Today's stamp is Mer Ian. He's cute, and I like fish and dolphins so much, I thought I better get working and make a card. Here is the card I made. I sure hope I get the stamp tomorrow.

Hello and good morning,
The sun is shining here in California. Yeah! It's very cold, but the rain stopped for now. Supposed to start raining again tomorrow for a couple of days. I'm so happy to be a part of the NSSS group. I have a new sister that I'm getting to know. (Hi Sis) We are sharing thoughts, prayers, praises, having a bible study, and doing swaps. I'm hoping we play Bingo, that's always fun. I'm going to work on swaps and cards today. Have a great Saturday.

Good morning. It's still raining here in California. The pool looks likes it going to overflow, Ikeep checking it everyday to see if it will. I'm working on a project but will need to post the pictures later. I also want to put my 2009 pictures in an album. I will post some pictures of the layouts when I get them completed.

Hello,
This is the first day of my blog. Lately, I have enjoyed making cards. I would like to show you my first card I made for a challenge for one of the scrapbook clubs I belong to. Each week a sketch (pattern) is posted and we are to make a card to match the sketch. First is my card I made and then the sketch. I hope I win a prize.
