Scrappers Delight Summer Blog Hop

Welcome to our Summer Vacation Blog Hop! Everyone is welcome to participate and we have candy to give away. You have a chance of winning candy by following our blog hop and collecting the letters from the Scrapbooking Elements along the way. Be careful, some blogs may have 2 letters. Once you reach the last blog and have collected all the letters, unscramble the letters to reveal a well known Summer Theme Song. If you wish to be entered into the contest, make sure to post your answers on the main blog page at http://scrapersdelight.blogspot.com/

You should have arrived here from Danielle's blog (http://daniecreatief.blogspot.com/), if not please start at the beginning at http://scrapersdelight.blogspot.com/ as we don't want you to miss any letters, and seeing our projects.

I made a summer card for my cousin's birthday. She is in college at Chico, California and one of the favorite summer activities there is floating on the river. Hey I did it when I went to college there, it's fun. I used an image from Michelle Perkett Studio (http://michelleperkettstudio.blogspot.com/)

Our hop will close on July 8 and the winners will be announced on July 11. Be sure to check out Scrappers Delight Group at http://scrappersdelight.socialgo.com/ as we have swaps, challenges and give aways through out the year. Sign up and enjoy all the fun. When you are ready, hop over to Trisha's blog http://trishliciousandco.blogspot.com/ to continue the fun.

My hint is my letter will remain in its place when you're unscrambling the letters.

Daffodil Garden

My dad and I planted about 300 Daffodil bulbs last November. I got to make a sign for my garden. My dad showed me how to cut the metal, it was my first time using the torch thing. I had goggles on and the torch in one hand and all I could think of was when I was a little kid watching my dad weld. I would sit on the stool and wear one of his hats that covered my eyes so I could watch him and wondered if I would ever like to weld. Well, years later, here I was in his shop trying to cut a sign. It's lopsided, but hey it was the first time. The daffodils were very pretty.
